More than Just a Fitness Program

G3 America Fitness has developed a great, fun and challenging work out program called 10 FIT Cycle Fitness Program. 10FIT classes are a mix of cardio, kettle bells, resistance bands, bodyweight drills, weights and kickboxing work out that will gradually take you to the level you want to be.
10FIT stands for a cycle of 10 weeks of hard and fun work outs followed by 2 weeks of rest to avoid burn outs. Routines are changed for every 10 weeks cycle to continuously challenge everyone and to keep motivation and will at high levels!!

To give you a better understanding of how fun and awesome G3 10Fit Program is, here are some of the main components of our the Program:

Cardio and Weights

The mix of weight work out and cardio drills are great and extremely challenging and it improves dramatically conditioning, stamina and resistance! Very rewarding and FUN, FUN, FUN!!!

Martial Arts

The use of martial arts movements, such as kicking and boxing, help you to improve your balance, stretch, coordination and conditioning. Not to mention the great lower body parts work out you accomplish, specially for your legs and arms, and the amount of stress you release!! It gives you a fresh start every beginning of day and some great to look for at the end of the day!

Kettlebells

Created by the Russian Military, kettlebell exercises are used to improve strength and core, being very effective for fat burn and weight loss. Kettlebell exercises are fun, challenging and work on your entire body, adding extreme value to the program!

Resistance Bands

Resistance bands brings awesome diversity on exercises used to strength your upper body. Also, it is gentle to your joints and muscles, minimizing potential injury while exercising. It is great for toning and adding muscle strength and resistance, and gives you the ability to push as hard as you wish and at your own pace!
