Spring Break Martial Arts Camp 2015 – Registration package
Registration Form and Liability Waiver
Here are some important information about our Spring Break Camp:
- Spring Break fee is $125 + $15 for camp t-shirt (it includes all filed trip tickets and passes)
- There is no registration fee
Camp Hours:
- Early drop off: 7:30am to 9:00am
- Camp Hours: 9:00am to 4:00pm
- Camp Martial Arts Classes: 4:00pm to 6:00pm (according to ages)
- Pick up time: anytime up to 6pm

- Wacky Games and Challenges
- Martial Arts Fun Classes and Self-Defense
- 40 Principles of Leadership Daily Theme and Instruction
- Stretching and strength and conditioning
- Arts and Crafts
- Field Trips
- Team sports: dodge ball, soccer, hockey, tag, team tag and more
